At Meadow Rise Care Ltd, we believe that good care travels by word of mouth—and that those who help others find support deserve recognition. That’s why we’ve introduced our Referral Reward Scheme: a simple way to say thank you when someone you refer begins receiving care with us.
If you refer a new private-paying service user to Meadow Rise, and they receive at least four weeks of continuous care, you’ll receive £100 cashback as a gesture of gratitude. It’s not a commission—it’s a heartfelt thank-you for helping the meadow grow.
Whether you’re a friend, neighbour, family member, or someone who simply believes in what we do, your referral helps us reach those who might benefit from emotionally intelligent, relationship-led support.
Meadow Rise Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility This offer is open to individuals aged 18+ who refer a new private-paying service user to Meadow Rise Care Ltd. Referrals from professionals acting in their official capacity (e.g. GPs, social workers) are not eligible.
- Reward A £100 cashback reward will be issued to the referrer once the referred service user has received a minimum of 4 weeks of continuous care and payment has been received in full and the service user has signed a contract for a care package for a minimum term of 6 months.
- Referral Process To qualify, the referrer must submit the referral using our official form or email prior to the service starting. The referred person must confirm the referral during onboarding.
- Limitations This offer applies to new service users only. It cannot be combined with other promotions. Meadow Rise reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
- Payment Cashback will be issued via bank transfer or voucher within 30 days of meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Fair Use This offer is intended as a goodwill gesture. Referrals must be genuine and in the best interest of the person being referred.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility This offer is open to anyone who refers a new staff member to Meadow Rise Care Ltd. Referrals from recruitment agencies or professionals acting in a paid capacity are not eligible.
- Reward A £100 cashback reward will be issued to the referrer once the referred staff member has:
- Successfully completed onboarding and initial training
- Demonstrated good performance and attendance
- Remained in active employment for a minimum of 3 months
- Referral Process To qualify, the referrer must submit the referral using our official form or email before the candidate applies. The referred person must confirm the referral during onboarding.
